The New Year is the perfect time to gather with family and friends for a special dinner.
The New Year is certainly a time to celebrate. We’re closing a chapter on 2017, and with the flip of a page on a new calendar, we start 2018, a new chapter and a fresh start. It’s the perfect time to gather with family and friends for dinner.
This year, before enjoying my own New Year’s celebrations, I’ll be making a special New Year’s Eve dinner for a client and his family and friends. The menu has some of my signature Mediterranean influences and includes fun hors d’oeuvres, unique salads, ossobuco, duck a l’orange and crème brulee for dessert.
When I develop a menu for my clients, we work closely to be sure their ideas are represented at the table when dinner is served. The meal provides a backdrop for wine selection, and in many cases, that evening’s entertainment as well. It can be a heavy task for a host to coordinate all the pieces, even with my help with the food. That’s one of the reasons I’ve developed Chef Zipora’s Ultimate Party.
Chef Zipora’s Ultimate Party provides the perfect pairing of upscale food, wine, and entertainment. You give me a few ideas and I’ve got a team that can be sure your dinner party planning and presentation is completed with ease, down to the smallest detail.
The Ultimate Party team includes me, a Level 2 international sommelier, who is also an author and storyteller along with an accomplished and entertaining a concert pianist. Three impressive menus are available, and each includes four courses and dessert with exquisite wine parings for each. We handle the all preparations and entertainment while you enjoy your guests.
I’m not available for your Ultimate Party this New Year’s Eve, but that doesn’t mean you have to wait for next year. The Ultimate Party planning team is always ready to lend a hand for special occasions, fundraisers, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds. I hope to hear from you soon!
